How to Secure a Room Reservation: To book your hotel reservation, register for the Convention. You will then receive the BCI hotel block reservation link in the your registration confirmation email.
The BCI room block rate is subject to availability up until Thursday, April 3, 2025, or until the hotel sells out (whichever comes first). After this date, reservations will be accepted by the hotel based on availability and at the hotel’s prevailing rate.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax will be processed at the time of booking. Deposit will be refundable if notice of cancellation is given to the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

Includes access to the Welcome Reception and Power Mart Expo (including lunch and Power Hour).
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
BCI will provide a full refund of registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of $100 for any cancellations received in writing by March 20, 2025. No refund will be provided for any cancellations received after March 20, 2025. Cancellation requests should be sent to info@batterycouncil.org. Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participants must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from BCI on or before the cancellation deadline. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation request, and will be provided in the original form of payment. Hotel reservations must be cancelled separately and directly with the hotel.

Prior to your registration, you must acknowledge and accept the Terms & Conditions contained herein. Should you not wish to accept the Terms & Conditions you should not register. Submission of a registration is regarded as affirmation of your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
