BioZen Batteries, Inc.
BA, Physics (mag cum laude) and BA, Mathematics (CU Boulder, 2008). PhD, Materials (UCSB, 2016) with focus in Physical Bioelectrochemistry, tailoring biologically-enabled and -inspired electronic reactions towards sustainable energy conversion technologies. Oxford Instruments Asylum Research (2016-2021) to help develop advanced nano-electrochemical scanning probe microscopy techniques. Now, with BioZen Batteries (2022-present), we’re inventing low-cost, abundant, bio-inspired organic semiconducting materials for redox-active electrolyte (Redoxolyte™) fluids for flow batteries to enable truly sustainable large-scale long-duration energy storage.
