Kimber Staub is an accomplished product leader with over 20+ years of experience leading and defining global product portfolios. As Director of Product Management for Lead Acid Batteries at Trojan Battery Company, Kimber is responsible for leading long-term global strategic initiatives, defining and deploying product requirements, and product life cycle management.
She has been in the Motive Power battery industry for 7 years with time spanning from Exide Technologies to her current role at Trojan Battery Company. Prior to Trojan, Kimber was at Mahinda Automotive North America where she accelerated electrified solutions and commercial IoT sales with connected two-wheeled vehicles and micro mobility platforms. Prior to that role, Kimber was with Club Car in Augusta, GA where she led the product strategy for Low-Speed Electric Vehicle (LSEV) and commercial utility vehicles and the served on the golf dealer advisory council.
In addition to her current corporate role at Trojan Battery Company, Kimber is actively involved in the Women in the Global Battery Industry (WGBI), Women of Electric Vehicles (WEVs), National Golf Foundation (NGF), and actively swims on her local U.S. Masters Swim team.
