Federico Morales-Zimmermann is an accomplished leader with extensive global experience leading R&D engineering, operations, and commercial teams.

Federico joined Clarios as vice president and general manager for global OEM customers, products & engineering in January 2023. In addition, he also leads the business units Core Products, Energy Systems and Connected Services, including the Chief Technology Office.

Prior to Clarios, Federico was both vice president, product engineering and vice president, global sales and business development for the fuel fystems business unit at BorgWarner. While there, he played a key role in the acquisition of Delphi Technologies as well as the resulting software and system integration.

Before BorgWarner, Federico worked in numerous senior positions at Vertiv, Continental and Siemens VDO.
