Dr. Dong Li is the founder of Leoch International Technology Limited, which was listed in Hong Kong in 2010 (stock code 00842), a guest professor of Shanghai University and a visiting professor of Xi’an Polytechnic University. He earned his Ph.D. from Shanghai University, an executive MBA from the National University of Singapore. He serves a number of industry organizations, including Guangdong High-Tech Industry Chamber as vice chairman, the Chinese American Federation as executive vice president and the Chinese CEO Organization as honorary chairman.

Leoch International has established 14 battery factories, seven in China including one lithium-ion battery factory and one used lead-acid battery smelter, two in Vietnam, two in Malaysia, one in India, one in Sri-Lanka and one in Mexico. The company also has more than 50 sales outlets around the world, including China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Greece and Singapore.
